The new solution from CGM Technologies, 3CX, captures all the requirements for this busy agency, including handling unlimited simultaneous calls and can expand up to 1000 extensions. The 3CX system eliminated the need for a separate phone system for each location, allows users to handle and direct calls to all of our locations, and has made it simple for calls to be directed to individual agent’s cell phones. I love, love, love my 3cx phone system! I’m no longer held hostage by Verizon and Comcast or subjected to their ridiculous fees and poor customer service practices. My system allows me to record calls, make calls from my computer with the click of a mouse, store voicemails and recorded calls in easily accessible files, I can transfer calls to my employee’s cell phones without the customer ever seeing those personal numbers. We have both corded and cordless phones that make transferring calls from one department to another so easy. And the cost is excellent. Chris and his team are by far the best IT and digital phone people I have ever dealt with, their customer service is second to none! You wont get that from the other 2.
